3. Return Authorization
You'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number from our team, which you'll need to include with your return.

4. Refund Details
Once we receive and process your return at our shipping department, we will issue a refund for the order amount, minus any shipping costs. Please note that returns without the associated order paperwork cannot be processed.
